Who We Are

FineCer was founded in 2014 with a clear mission: to make precision advanced ceramics accessible to engineers worldwide — regardless of whether they need 1 prototype piece or 10,000 production parts.

In the early years, we focused on mastering the fundamentals — developing reliable sintering profiles for each ceramic material, building precision machining capabilities, and establishing the quality systems needed to serve demanding industries. By 2018, growing customer demand led us to expand into a purpose-built 30,000㎡+ production facility with dedicated forming, sintering, and machining workshops.

Today, we serve customers across 40+ countries in industries including semiconductor manufacturing, new energy, automotive, medical devices, and aerospace. Our engineering team of 10+ senior ceramic specialists and 60+ production technicians delivers the combination of materials expertise, manufacturing precision, and responsive service that our clients depend on.

Our Beliefs

Our Vision

To become a globally recognized precision ceramics manufacturer — known not only for product quality but for the engineering value we contribute to every project. We aim to be the partner that customers choose not because of the lowest price, but because of the highest total value.

Our Mission

To help engineers solve materials challenges by providing precision ceramic components backed by genuine technical expertise. Every DFM review, every material recommendation, and every production decision should make our customer's product better.

Our Values

Precision — in manufacturing and in communication.
Transparency — no hidden costs, no surprises, honest timelines.
Partnership — we invest in understanding your application, not just your drawing.
Continuous Improvement — every project teaches us something that makes the next one better.

What Makes FineCer Different

Three structural choices define how we operate — and they are deliberate answers to the most common frustrations engineers report when sourcing technical ceramics.

1. All four advanced ceramics from a single supplier. Most ceramic factories build their business around one or two materials. We manufacture zirconia, alumina, silicon carbide, and silicon nitride in-house, plus ZTA composites. One qualified vendor, one quality system, one point of contact — across your entire ceramic bill of materials.

2. Consultative material selection. Because we are not tied to a single material, our recommendations follow your operating conditions, not our inventory. We recommend the optimal grade for your application, not just the material you request — and when a lower-cost grade will genuinely perform, we say so. Our Material Selection Guide shows this philosophy in practice.

3. Prototype-to-production on the same line. A 1-piece sample order runs on the same equipment, powders, and process parameters as a 10,000-piece batch. The part you validate is the part you scale — no re-qualification surprises between sampling and production.

Our Facility

Our production base is a purpose-built ceramic manufacturing facility designed for end-to-end production under one roof. This vertical integration eliminates the quality inconsistencies that occur when forming, sintering, and machining are outsourced to different workshops.

How We Work With You

Every account at FineCer is run by a dedicated project engineer through a documented 7-stage process — inquiry, DFM review, quotation, sample production, validation, volume order, and delivery — described in full on our project management page. Three commitments hold at every stage: quotes are itemized with no hidden charges, inquiries are answered within 24 hours, and quality is verified with measured data, not assurances. When issues arise, corrective action starts within 48 hours; senior engineers join technical discussions directly rather than routing everything through sales staff.

The result is a pattern we are proud of: many clients have worked with us for 3–5+ years with growing order volumes — relationships that began, in most cases, with a sample order of just 1–3 pieces.

What Our Clients Say

"We tested three Chinese ceramic suppliers for our pump seal application. FineCer was the only one that delivered zirconia rings within the ±0.002mm tolerance we specified — on the first sample batch. They have been our sole supplier for 2 years now."

— R. Müller, Procurement Manager, Industrial Pump Manufacturer (Germany)

"What impressed me most was the DFM feedback. Their engineer identified a wall thickness issue in our design that our previous supplier never mentioned. The redesigned part performed significantly better and actually cost less to produce."

— J. Park, R&D Engineer, Semiconductor Equipment Company (South Korea)

"We started with a 5-piece sample order of alumina substrates. The quality reports were thorough — CMM data, density, surface roughness, everything documented. We have since placed 6 repeat orders with increasing volumes."

— S. Tanaka, Quality Director, Electronics Manufacturer (Japan)
