Contact FineCer — Get Your Custom Ceramic Parts Quote

Send drawings or specifications — a dedicated engineer responds within 24 hours with DFM feedback and itemized pricing.

Requesting a custom ceramic parts quote from FineCer takes one email. Send your drawing — or even a sketch with dimensions — to sales@finecer.com and within 24 hours you receive a manufacturability (DFM) review, a material recommendation across our four ceramics (ZrO₂, Al₂O₃, SiC, Si₃N₄), and an itemized quotation covering sample and volume pricing with realistic lead times. There is no minimum order barrier: prototyping starts at 1 piece, and 500+ projects in 40+ countries have started exactly this way.

What to Include in Your RFQ

The more context you give us, the sharper our first reply. A complete inquiry usually contains:

  • Drawing or CAD file with dimensions and tolerances — STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF, or SolidWorks native files all work, and dimensioned hand sketches are fine for early concepts
  • Material preference — or simply an application description (temperature, chemicals, loads, electrical requirements) and we will recommend the right ceramic and grade
  • Quantity — sample quantity now plus projected annual volume, so the quote can include accurate price tiers
  • Surface finish and critical features — sealing faces, mating bores, or any dimension your application is sensitive to

What You'll Receive Within 24 Hours

  • DFM Review — a manufacturability analysis of wall thickness, tolerances, and geometry, with concrete suggestions where a small design change improves yield or cuts cost
  • Material Recommendation — the optimal ceramic and grade for your operating conditions, not just the material you asked about
  • Detailed Quote — itemized sample and volume pricing, tooling cost if injection molding applies, and stage-by-stage lead time
  • A Dedicated Engineer — one named contact who follows your project from this first email through all seven production stages

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast will I receive my quote?
Receipt is confirmed within 4 hours on business days, and your full quotation — itemized into material, forming, machining, inspection, and packaging cost — follows within 24 hours for most parts. Complex assemblies may take 48 hours; we tell you up front if so.
Are my drawings kept confidential?
Yes. Your files are used only for engineering review and quotation, and are shared only with the engineers working on your project. We are glad to sign your NDA — or provide ours — before you send sensitive drawings.
Can I order just one piece?
Yes. Our minimum order is 1 piece for prototypes and validation samples, produced on the same lines and with the same materials as volume production. Typical batch MOQ afterward is 50–100 pieces depending on part complexity.
What if I don't know which ceramic material I need?
Describe your operating conditions — temperature, pressure, chemical exposure, mechanical loads — and our engineers will recommend the best material and grade free of charge. Our Material Selection Guide is a good starting point.
